Chrome Extension (Remote Desktop Manager)
If your chrome extension isn’t allowing you to copy, paste and/or click on the input fillers the extension may not be able to find the form fields on websites. Chrome may have updated which we’ve noticed might be the cause of this. Try these to help resolve the problem
Simple but the easiest step
Give Chrome and RDM a restart and see if the problem fixes itself than.
Reinstall the extension
Make sure you are signed into your RDM before doing these steps..
Click on the little jigsaw button in the top right of your browser
Press the 3 dots next to Devolutions Workspace and click Remove from Chrome
Go to Chrome web store - Devolutions Workspace and Add to Chrome
Click on the jigsaw icon again after it’s been installed and press the Pin button next to it
Press on the Devolutions icon next and select the 2nd to last option called Remote Desktop Manager
Leave the default value alone and click Associate with Remote Desktop Manager
Your RDM will prompt you about adding the extension, which you just need to click yes to
